Join us for our monthly meditation with horses. Horses offer a deeply regulated space that engages our body, mind and spirit. They facilitate a flow and releasing of energy individually and collectively. We will circle up for a gentle guided meditation and attune our awareness to the present moment with one of our healing horses. Practicing meditation together deepens our practice and allows us to reset through embodied connection without the presence of words or external pressures. Keep what resonates for you and let the rest fall to the sand.
This event will include:
- a gentle guided meditation
- opportunities to connect with horses and your own intuition
- No horse or meditation experience necessary. No riding. Ages 13+
Please wear closed-toed shoes and layered clothing depending on the weather. If the weather allows, we will be doing our meditation in our beautiful pasture. We look forward to sharing a sacred space with you soon!
