Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that The Legacy Ranch has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a session or class is cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will either forfeit that class in your package or a $50 cancellation fee will be passed along to you (if you pay per session). Prior to 24 hours, no fee will be incurred and we will do our best to make-up your lesson within the same session period. No make-up lessons will be carried over to following sessions. Thank you for your understanding of this matter. This policy allows us to help as many people as possible each week and be able to get to those clients who are on the waiting list for services.

Waivers

All visitors, riders and Parents or Legal Guardians must fill out and sign The Legacy Ranch’s waiver documents before participating in any event, class or therapy session. Please download the appropriate form below.

Disclaimer

Under the Equine Activity Liability Act, each participant who engages in an equine activity expressly assumes the risks of engaging in and legal responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to person or property resulting from the risk of equine activities.
