This is a 1-Day Wellness Camp for ages 11 - 17.

You won’t want to miss out on this camp experience! Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of activities that include more than just horses!

Horse care education. (Grooming, nutrition, handling horses, safety)

Horse obstacle challenge. Participants will build an obstacle course and will be taught how to guide their horse through it with the goal of being able to lead the horse through it without touching the horse!

Horseback riding lesson. Each camper will have the opportunity to ride a horse and learn basic riding skills.

Cooking class. Campers will be taught how to make a simple lunch. They will have lunch as a group while watching the horses outside.

Nature Scavenger Hunt: Campers will walk through several acres of wooded forest on our property and take part in a scavenger hunt.

Yoga with the horses. Campers will have the opportunity to wind down after their day at camp and learn basic yoga techniques from our certified yoga instructor while in the presence of horses.

Depending on the weather, activities will either take place outside or in our temperature-controlled indoor arenas and program house.

No riding or horse experience necessary!

All new participants (updated yearly) must sign a waiver before the class begins. Please click here for waiver.

Please be aware that unless otherwise noted, our camps are not a part of our therapeutic program. Our therapeutic riding program requires detailed rider information, a medical release, and an assessment before beginning so we are aware of and can properly prepare for the rider’s needs. During camps, we do not have the staffing and volunteers available to provide individualized attention and activities.

No Refunds if registration is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the camp. Cancellations requested 2 weeks or more before the camp can be credited towards another camp or refunded minus a processing fee.

We will need a minimum of 8 participants to run the camp - we will contact you if we need to cancel or reschedule a camp.
